CALIFORNIA - the creation of Activision's best-selling game, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has resulted in great success. Now, the company revealed its plans to supply terssebut upgrade donwloadable content (DLC) as often as possible.
Proclaimed Gameinformer, Thursday (05/01/2012), Eric Hisberg, CEO of Activision Publishing said the company is currently assessing the Modern Warfare as franchice a resilient, played and got constant updates throughout the year.
"The idea to provide additional content updates are constant and can be played, as well as the only players to make an update within a few weeks of his new experiences in the world of Call of Duty, is part of the experiment we're doing," he said.
This new strategy may have several forms. First, Hirshberg said they received feedback from his fans, who could have made them break the DLC into small portions so it can be delivered more regularly.
In addition he was also looking for something beyond the usual multiplayer map pack, that can lead to content that could combine mode and spec-ops mission.
Hirshberg also stated that the company really need feedback from message boards such as Twitter, and social networks, to find out what is needed gamers. They hope the DLC update can trigger a membership in Call of Duty Elite Service. All Elite members who subscribe to an annual cost of $ 50, will receive all the DLC content is free.
